How does Online Pre-Mastering work ?
Online pre-mastering at Kawar Studios is so easy, after placing your order, you can either send us an email to request a private FTP account to upload your file/s or you can use one of the online solutions for sending large files such as yousendit . To request a private FTP account access (Private username and password), send an email to info@kawarstudios.com
Sending back the final treated track/s will always be through a private and secure link, NOT via email.

How much does Online Pre-Mastering cost ?
It costs 70 U.S. Dollars for each 5-minute track, if any track duration exceeds 5 minutes it will be re-charged.
How much do you have to wait until you get back your final pre-mastered track/s ?
Well, it always depends on the number of tracks as follows:
1-2 tracks up to 24 hours upon receiving the files.
2-6 tracks up to 72 hours upon receiving the files.
7 and above up to 7 working days.
Notes :
- Fridays & Saturdays are OFF.
- Requesting a private FTP account will affect the delivery time.
Is there any money-back guarantee ?
We are sorry, there is no money-back guarantee, but there is always a high quality delivery guarantee.
What happens if you are really NOT satisfied with the final result ?
You can send us your desired changes and we will work on another version taking in consideration all applicable amendments.
You can send us WAV, AIFF or MP3 formats. If you want to supply us with MP3 files, please make sure that they are coded in at least 192 kbit/sec (stereo, not joint stereo).
We recommend you send us your files as a WAV format or an AIFF format in any sample rate and bit rate.
Also we HIGHLY recommend that you apply no equalizer, compressor or limiter to the mixdown you send (if possible). In general, signal headroom is needed.
The mastered file/s you will get back will be at 16 bit / 44.1 kHz stereo, either in WAV, AIFF or High quality MP3 - upon request, also on special request you will receive your file/s in any other format if available.
Will there be any data loss (audio quality loss) during the uploading and downloading processes ?
Well, no data or audio quality loss will occur during that, However, zipping the audio source will provide more protection. Supported formats at our studio are .ZIP and .RAR
